Advice: We advise you to order the panels, that you are planning to place in one space, all at once. We can not guarantee that panels from different orders, with a period in between, will have the same light color. We work with different batch numbers. Due to the high demand, we receive many new deliveries, of which the batch number may differ. That’s why it is best to order additional panels (spare panels). We can not guarantee that if you order the same color temperature in one order, but just a different size of the panels, these colors will be 100% identical. The popular sizes will be renewed faster by new deliveries with  probably a different batch number.

Guarantee: Do you have trouble with a LED panel? First check whether this is on the driver / power supply or on the panel. You can swap a driver from a working panel with a panel that the driver does not work on. We can send you a new driver if necessary. If the panel is defective we can offer 3 solutions:
1: We repair the panel. 2: We can send a new panel with the same batch (if in stock). 3: If the batch number is no longer available, we can send you an alternative. The color temperature will not be 100% equal to the current (faulty) panel. The quality / color continues to improve, so this warranty will also have technical effects on the color of a defective panel.
